Transjakarta is a transportation system that provides faster transport, comfortable, safe, easy to reach as well as the great demand all walks of life to support their activities. To achieve this, TransJakarta special dijalan-jalan that has become part of the route and the path should not be bypassed by other vehicles, it is the specialty of TransJakarta.

Scientific writing entitled "analysis of the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of public transport Services TransJakarta. Study on the Corridor 11 Department of Malay villages Pulogebang "aims to find out the level of customer satisfaction and the factors that affect the level of consumer satisfaction toward public transit services TransJakarta. To find out the results the author uses analysis tools Test Validity and test Reabililitas, Likert Scale Method.

Based on the results of the research have been calculated using the Likert Scale indicates that consumers are satisfied against services TransJakarta, which obtained the result value of 76.49%
